Don’t let anyone deceive you about the ways of withdrawing Paypal money from Uganda. I have personally lost a lot of money trying out the possible ways of getting my money from PayPal. There are a lot of blogs referring to different methods, I have tried all and I have lost my money.

I have only found one solution that has worked for me. Xoom App, It’s a subsidiary company that withdraws money directly from your PayPal account to your Mobile Money

But one problem is that Xoom doesn’t support all accounts, it works in some countries.

From which countries can I send it with Xoom?
You can use Xoom to send money, reload prepaid mobile phones and pay bills around the world if you live in the US, Canada, the UK, and most countries in the European Economic Area.

If you live in a country that is not on this list, know that we are constantly working to add support for more send countries and regions.

You have to be sure that your account is or was opened pretending as a resident of those countries.

If you have an account that is signed up as a Ugandan, just create another because you will never get your money!
